Londonderry Apartments are located in the quiet, picturesque town of
New London, which is approximately 20 minutes north of Willmar. The
two buildings include laundry facilities and are locally owned and
operated.
Londonderry Apartments are part of the Rural Development 515 Program
which provides the income based rent. Our apartments are all
approved for rental assistance through Heartland Community Action
and HRA. We are also certified as Minnesota Crime-Free Multi-Housing
Project. Our office is located in Willmar and our caretaker resides
onsite.
