Lake Place Apartments are four one story buildings located in a very quiet, residential area on a cul-de-sac. Two of the buildings are Senior housing and two are general housing. All the apartment buildings include laundry facilities, assigned parking with plug-ins, and are all locally owned and managed. The seniors enjoy Public Senior Transportation and community room facilities. Lake Place apartments are part of the Rural Development 515 Program which provides the income based rent. Our apartments are all approved for rental assistance through Heartland Community Action and HRA. We are also certified as a Minnesota Crime-Free Multi-Housing Project. Our office is located in Willmar and the caretaker resides locally.
