Cardinal
Apartments are located between Lakeland Drive and Valley Golf Course on
the east side of Willmar. Three of the buildings are general housing and
one building is for senior citizens. All of the apartment buildings
include laundry facilities, assigned parking with electric plug-ins, and
are all locally owned and managed.
The
senior citizens will enjoy the convenient location to Senior Nutrition
Center and Public Senior Transportation. This building also has an
emergency call system in the apartments and a community room.
Cardinal Apartments are market rate
apartments.
Our apartments are all approved for rental
assistance through Heartland Community Action and HRA. We are also
certified as a Minnesota Crime-Free Multi-Housing Project. Our office is
located in Willmar and caretakers reside locally.
